President - Stephen Maizels
Steve’s family helped found the company and he brings 41 Years of experience helping manufacturer’s grow their business through retail chains and E-Commerce sites. He has relationships with the leading retailers in the Northwest including Amazon, Costco, Fred Meyer, Bi-Mart, and Kroger. Steve has a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Oregon and completed his MBA at Portland State University.
Director of Sales - Ian Pierce
Ian has over 23 Years of progressive roles in the retail industry, including 10 years as a buyer for Fred Meyer. He has been a sales representative for 4 years, most recently at World Kitchen as a National Account Manager responsible for Kroger/Fred Meyer. Ian has his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Oregon.
Office Manager - Michelle Rabideau

Michelle has been the Office Manager at Maizels-Esptein for almost 10 years. Her previous experience includes work as a Product Manager and Buyer for a design company in the home accessory division. Michelle was responsible for sourcing products overseas and importing furniture from Asia.
Amazon Portfolio Director - Sean Wiggs
Sean has been the agency’s Amazon Guru for over 7 years. Sean’s Amazon expertise includes: AMS (Amazon Marketing Services), AMG (Amazon Marketing Group), Vendor Central, Seller Central, A+ Pages, Vine Program, ARA (Amazon Retail Analytics), Amazon Dash, Lightning Deals, NIS (New Item Setup), Cost Management (Amazon Pricing), Contract Negotiation, B2B (Business To Business), and Direct Import Program. Sean also has 10 year of retail experience with an emphasis in Technology, Trend Marketing, SEO and Logistics. Sean has a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Methodist University.
Amazon Portfolio Manager - Jan Pierce
Jan is our newest addition and brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to our company. Jan’s expertise includes Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, all Amazon marketing and review programs, website analytics, reputation and social media management. Jan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Oregon.
